Community

Success Should Strengthen the Community Around It.

I am an Israeli-American entrepreneur based in South Florida. Alongside building businesses, I have spent years founding organizations, mentoring emerging leaders, and giving my time to the Israeli and Jewish communities around me. Today I serve as President of the Miami Israeli Parliament.

Why It Matters

Leadership Is Bigger Than Business.

Some of the most meaningful work I have done has never appeared on a balance sheet.

It falls into two kinds. The first is building: creating organizations and programs that connect people and give a community new ways to show up for itself. The second is mentoring: sitting with young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders and helping them see what they may not yet see in themselves.

Business taught me how to build and lead. Community is where I try to use that experience for something larger than a company.

Currently

Where I Serve Now.

My current community leadership is with the Miami Israeli Parliament and the Israeli Parliament Organization.

Founder and President

Miami Israeli Parliament

A chapter of the Israeli Parliament Organization (IPO)

I founded the Miami Israeli Parliament as a South Florida chapter of the Israeli Parliament Organization, and I serve as its President. It promotes Israeli and Jewish culture, strengthens the connections between people, and encourages participation in community life.

Board of Directors

Israeli Parliament Organization (IPO)

I serve on the Board of Directors of the Israeli Parliament Organization, the organization the Miami chapter belongs to.

Previously

Organizations I Helped Create.

These are organizations and programs I helped start in earlier chapters. Several have grown beyond me, which is how it should be.

Founder and First Director

Israeli Division, Greater Miami Jewish Federation

I founded the Israeli Division and served as its first Director. I created it as a bridge between Miami’s Israeli community and the Federation. Its work connects Israeli-American Jews with the broader Jewish-American and Latin Jewish communities of Miami through community engagement, Israeli culture, and Jewish education.

It was built with board members, volunteers, and Federation leadership who believed in the idea, and it has continued to grow under new leaders. In 2026 the division celebrated six years.

Co-Founder

ATIDIM Mentorship Program

Co-founded with Ziv Goldfarb

ATIDIM is a mentorship and leadership program for young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, connected to the Israeli Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. I co-founded it with Ziv Goldfarb, and I mentored its participants and led leadership workshops for them.

Mentoring the next generation
Earlier Co-founded the Israeli-American Task Force.
Earlier Service

Other Ways I Have Given Back.

Alongside founding organizations, I gave my time directly: through board service, through nonprofit management, and through mentoring young people.

Nonprofit board

Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center

Served as a board member.

Nonprofit management

Oriane to Life

Served on the management side of an organization supporting bereaved Israeli families in North America.

Mentoring

Israeli-American Council: Eitanim

Served as a mentor in a program that helps high school students build skills for college and life.

The Principle

Money Is a Tool. Freedom Is the Goal.

I believe success should give you more choices. One of the most meaningful choices is how you use your time and experience to help other people.

It is the same belief behind my work with founders: build something that supports the life and the community around it, not something that consumes them.

Community and Organizations

Building Something for Your Community?

If you lead an organization, run an event, or are working to bring up the next generation of leaders, I would be glad to hear what you are working on.
